Virtual Mental Health First Aid

Mental Health First Aid is a course that teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. The training gives you the skills you need to reach out and provide initial help and support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem or experiencing a crisis.

This class is virtual and will be from 9 am to Noon on both Friday, March 24th, and Friday, March 31st. You will need to attend both classes and do all prework to receive full credit.

This training is eligible for 7.5 continuing education credits. It is the responsibility of the participant to determine if this training meets the requirements for registration renewal.

Thanks to the supporters of the Out of the Darkness Walks, this is being offered at a much-discounted rate of $10 per person.
