A full refund (minus any credit card processing fees) is available until July 25 except there is not a refund for the ultrasound wet lab (ticket is transferable to another member). No refunds are available after July 25.Â
This year’s Aug. 4th welcome social is at the Red River Zoo from 6 – 9pm. Your conference registration is your admittance into the event.
Interested in bringing an adult guest and/or your own children? You can purchase a guest/family pass for $50. The pass allows you to bring 1 adult guest and your own children under the age of 18 yrs. to enjoy the zoo, carousel rides, food and refreshments. Additional guest tickets are $50/person. Please purchase guest tickets when you register for the annual meeting.
NDVMA members can bring 1 guest to the FAMILY DINNER at no charge. If you would like to bring additional guests there is an option to purchase discounted meal tickets at $20/ticket for each additional guest. Meal tickets can be purchased when you register or you can purchase them upon check in at the conference if space permits.
NDVMA does not apply for RACE approval of CE. The annual meeting is approved for 19 hours of CE for licensed veterinarians and licensed veterinary technicians in ND from the The North Dakota Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners. The availability of CE is:
4 hours on Sunday, Aug. 4
8 hours CE on Monday, Aug. 5
7 hours CE on Tuesday, Aug. 6
Parking is available in the hotel’s parking lot and there is not a parking permit necessary.
